“Getting closer to problem” Household services

Problem Statement 1

Households are worried about their house work, they hire different made she left the job after few days.

Problem Statement 2

Poor females Aunties who work as made in other’s house are worried about their job, their self-respect, and their salary.

I interview few households they are worried about their house work. They try to hire house made but, as they get better offer of salary she quite from the job and join some other house.

Another issue of households is they are worried about the security and privacy of their house while they let anyone to came in as made. There is a loot of chances they will leak their privacy or may cause any unforeseen, like robbery and kidnaping children.

On the other side

I seen many aunties working in houses for cleaning and other hose works as a made. They do not get a well amount of salary, so that they can run their own home. Many of families hire them and get to many works from them and pay a very small amount at the end of month.

While working somewhere they are worried about labor abuse and harassment as well. Due to this many of mothers leads their daughter with herself. In this way they earn one salary but they were working of two ladies.

I decided to connect house made with households who want to get their house neat and clean and they can spend more time with their families instead of working at home.

There are few service providers but they are costly and they do not cover many old ages poor female made.

We will build a platform where made will be registered by clearing their all-legal requirement of employee or labor and assigned job according to household requirements. This will be a non-profit organization so that poor made can get more money. We will collect charges against made services and pay them to Made after deduction of miner operating charges.

Getting services from a known body household will become tension free about their security and secrecy issues.

On the other hand, made will also get ride from his insecurity of job, self-respect and image in the society.

I will take this initiative for the betterment of poor made families. I hope my work will provide shelter to many families so that they can easily educate their children and provide them good food.
