Self-talk:

Self-talk is reflection of our mind set. Where we talk with our self that I can do this or I can’t do this. If we feed positivity in our mind, a will power comes up and things start going well. A few percentage of work get start when a man make strong committed to do something.

Get out of your comfort zone:

We always try to choose easy and smooth path for life which makes us lazy and not to work hard to achieve more then we have. Doing same work on daily basis it become easy, at that time if some new challenge comes up, accept that challenge, start work hard for that and break comfort zone. Think out of the box and resolve issue whatever it is.

Create new habits:

Growth mindset is only possible when we start adapting new and good things in our life. Start your day be thinking something new and noting your whole day activity by end of the day either we made something better or not. Adaptation is process which makes a man lifelong learner.

Ask people help:

Getting help from people who knows us we can get feedback from them about our behavior and actions on daily life. No one is perfect in this world there is always chance of improvement sometime it come with feedback.

Fake it till you make it:

Getting deep dive in the character who you want to be, make real feels in you. One day you become that one. What we do is to much depend what we think and act like. Try acting what mind set we want to build and confident on that.
